How much does home delivery cost?


We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. The standard charge depends on the type of product ordered and is usually displayed on the product page. You only pay one delivery charge, irrespective of the number of products ordered and whether we deliver the items separately. If you order two or more products that fall into different categories, the higher charge applies.

 

There are additional charges if you choose a premium delivery service or if you choose to split your order because you want a currently available item faster. You will always be advised of any applicable charges before confirming your order.

 

Delivery arrangements may differ for a product delivered direct from the supplier.

All prices, unless otherwise stated are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%).

 

The prices above include connecting to existing connections. There will be an extra charge for any subsequent parts needed. From time to time, we offer free delivery on selected products or categories. We reserve the right to change or discontinue free delivery at any time.

 

We deliver 5 days a week on a day that suits you.

On request, we can call you half an hour before we arrive so that you don’t have to wait in all day.

Our promise to you

1) We will deliver to you at an agreed day and time.

2) We will disconnect and uninstall your existing appliance.

3) We will unpack, remove, and recycle all packaging from your home (unless you wish to keep it).

4) We will remove and recycle your old appliance (again, unless you wish to keep it).

Preparing for your delivery day

Our fitters are fast, friendly, and efficient but their priority is fitting the product safely and correctly.


To help us deliver your product on time and with the minimum amount of interruption to your day it is important that:



  1. You have ensured that there is clear and safe access to your property. Understandably, we need to reserve the right to refuse to complete your delivery or installation if it could cause damage or if access is not free from obstruction or is unsafe.
  2. You have left us with your work, home, and/or mobile contact numbers, so we can keep you informed of your installation.
  3. You are at home at the time we have agreed with you.
  4.  You have a suitable power supply or a suitable gas supply if buying a gas appliance.

Our catchment area postcodes include:


SW / London South Western Postcodes

This covers areas such as Battersea, Tooting, and Wandsworth. We do not cover certain SW postcodes so please see comprehensive list below.

SW2, SW4, SW8, SW11, SW12, SW13, SW14, SW15, SW16, SW17, SW18, SW19, SW20

 

SM / Sutton Postcodes

This covers areas such as Epsom, Sutton, and Merton. We cover all SM postcodes.

SM1, SM2, SM3, SM4, SM5, SM6, SM7

 

CR / Croydon Postcodes

This covers areas such as Croydon, Caterham, and Whyteleafe. We cover all CR postcodes.

CR0, CR2, CR3, CR4, CR5, CR6, CR7, CR8

 

KT / Kingston upon Thames Postcodes

This covers areas such as our base in Leatherhead, Chessington, and Kingston upon Thames.

If you are outside our catchment area, we will do our best to try and serve you or offer an alternative supplier. Please call us on 01372 748275 / 0845 2302190 to find out.


We do offer a courier service for any appliance to be delivered outside our main catchment area, call for details - or you can call and collect from our warehouse in Leatherhead, Surrey.


We are a small expanding company and hopefully will be able to extend our catchment area in the near future... watch this space!


Please note that as from October 2021 we are no longer based in Epsom, but we still cover the area for all sales and repairs. We have now moved to Leatherhead, Surrey.
